360 BY DESIGN can assess any of CCL's 94 research-grounded competencies and 5 derailment factors. Each competency has between 3 and 16 questions (behavioral items) to maintain psychometric integrity, the items cannot be modified. As a result, the instrument can be customized to address the behaviors and skills important to high performance in your organization. It can be short, long, focused or general. You can include up to 3 custom-written, open-ended questions or up to 10 questions with a numeric response scale for an additional setup fee. All custom questions are reported in a separate section of the feedback report from CCL competencies.
